The Holy Bible is the top selling book of all time. Even so, there continues to be a great international shortage of BIbles. Over the years you may have accumulated a number of Bibles as gifts, inherited from family members, etc. Most of them sit unused, on a bookshelf.
A Peace Corp volunteer once discussed the need for Swahili language Bibles. From that discussion, a vision for utilizing surplus bibles was born.
Bibledonate.org accepts used Bibles from Christians across America and delivers them (free of charge) to people that do not have a Bible, such as those living in foreign countries, homeless shelters, prison libraries, hospital waiting rooms, etc. We are also pleased to support the effort of missionaries serving across the globe by providing them with bibles as needed.
We are grateful for every Bible we receive but we ask that the Bible is intact with no missing pages. We are always in need of foreign language Bibles and large print Bibles. We will make sure your extra Bible is placed with someone that needs one -- at no cost to you or the recipient. Thank you for your support and your prayers.
